“Las Vegas” star Molly Sims has landed roles in two big-screen comedies: Jim Carrey’s “Yes Man” and Steve Martin’s “Pink Panther 2.”
Carrey plays a man who decides to say “yes” to every request and opportunity that comes his way. Sims plays the ex-wife he can’t get out of his head. Zooey Deschanel and Bradley Cooper co-star in the Warner Bros. film, which will be directed by Peyton Reed.
In “Panther,” Sims plays a news anchor who chronicles the misadventures of Martin’s bumbling Inspector Jacques Clouseau. Emily Mortimer, Andy Garcia and Alfred Molina also appear in the Columbia/MGM production. Harald Zwart directs.
Aside from NBC’s “Vegas,” the former model has appeared in “Starsky & Hutch” and “The Benchwarmers.”

I am stageered that Martin is reprising his role as Clouseau. I love the majority of Martin’s work, but he’s made a few bad decisons. Two icons that could not be followed, Phil Silvers and Peter Sellers, and he tried to follow them both. It simply cannot be done. Steve, get back to doin your own thing. Leave the classics alone!
